More from Andrew & Ainsley
A few more pics for the family and a some of my favorites from last weekends photo session. I just love the fierce look Andrew gave me in his hockey uniform, I heard he's really this tough on the ice. Also had to include one with Ainsley's favorite sandals, she insisted to have a photo taken with them. Oh, and check out Ainsley's jewelry selection . . . the only reason she has empty fingers is we ran out of rings!

Andrew & Ainsley
Such cute kids!! I have been photographing these two since birth and always love the opportunity to do a photo session with them. Andrew is avid hockey player and brought along his gear for some great pics! Ainsley brought her favorite doll, she also loves to dress up and put together some great looks for me. The vintage dress belonged to Ainsley's Aunt Jenny and fit perfectly. Thanks kids, you were great!
Twins at Five Months
I have been so fortunate to have wonderful families welcome me into their homes over and over to document the special moments of their lives with their weddings, babies and children. . . . this is one of those families.
I just love babies, and I was thrilled to photograph Jack and Lizzie at five months. How these two have changed since I photographed them at two weeks, their very distinct personalities are emerging . . . Jack is laid back and so facinated by the world around him, Lizzie is a bundle of energy and likes to do all the talking. I loved watching the interaction of the twins playing with their mother . . . just priceless. Thank you for inviting me into your home for the day and I look forward to some great outdoor sessions this summer with your family.

Adding a Snow Effect
All this portrait needed was some snow. No snow........ well your can add a snow effect in post processing. The difference between the real thing and adding snow in a layer is you can remove the snow from the face, eyes or any other important feature. Here's a link to show you how

Lynn in a White Hat
I have been working on some new post processing work using textures, layers and blending modes. Something I have wanted to do for a long time. I recently had the perfect photo session, with the perfect lady that gave me the opportunity to experiment and try some things that were a little " OUTSIDE THE BOX." We used a variety of my props with some creative posing and lighting to create some very beautiful portraits. { More from Lynn's session here . . .}
